Will a flex uterus cause large amounts of pain, and can it become serious?

do you mean an inverted/tilted/tipped uterus?? (aka it is tipped or titled backwards instead of a 'normal' forward position). If so, it can cause pains/pressures. But so can many other things. Your best advice is to talk with your doctor/gyno.
