I fell off a swing, and now I'm having back pains?

Ok, so i fell off a swing two days ago, and now i get a back pain whever i exercise. I landed face down, but i could have done something while in the air. What do you think i should do? do you think i should see a doctor, or do you think it will go away in a few days? also do you know what could be causing the pain? I am 14 by the way.

I would try to give it a little rest at first. There are many muscles in the back that can become pulled or sprained. Pain doesn't necessarily mean that you have injured your spine. If the pain is significant enough, take some ibuprofen. I would give it a good week before I get suspicious about anything. Oh, and if it were your spine (like a disc or something), it would hurt all the time, not just when you were engaging in activity.

Idk, just don't be SO active. Wait for a few days, then check with your doctor. I hope it's not something so dangerous. =\

take motrin, so to the doc if it still hurts in a week.

well u cood have HIV and not no about it till just now- you might also have hepititas b my frend fell off a swing and then found out he had hepititas b and then 4 monthes later he died =[ so id just get it looked at jus to make sure =]

you should go see a doctor so then they might refer you to the kirpractor and he would probably be able to help. You might have bruised it or you might of slipped a disc you never know. It would be best to go see adoctor and have them diagnose your illness

you should always visit a docter if you have any pain for longer than 1 week. And next time, make sure you hold onto the swing handles :P

if u are tall then it is kind of normal if u slouch a lot but if u are below 5 ft then it is probably an injury u should visit a doctor and talk to a phisicyl therepast i no this will help bc i have em to if it ain workin then talk to a natureopathist
