When I stretch I immediately feel a sharp pain. What's wrong with me?


I used to be really flexible over the summer because I stretched all the time. Then I started school in the fall and haven't really kept up with it. So it's been about 3 months. Now when I try to stretch again (certain stretches) I don't feel the regular, normal pull of a stretch. I immediately feel a very sharp pain. What's wrong with me? How can I go back to stretching without hurting myself?

Sounds like u got out of shap, take it slow stretching

dont stretch... there that was easy now lets try for somthing hard like world hunger.
