I go to the bathroom alote and when i go there ante any pain but like a pressure feeling?

it dont hurt when i go to the bathroom it feels like a tickle senation but it dont tickle at all.almost like im giveing birth without all the pain it ante a good feeling thow.and my lower back has been killing me since this has started.my urien ante dark or anything like that and it dont burn when i pea.i have has chest pain but not constantly.

Sounds like kidney stones to me. Better get to the doc as soon as you can get in. They don't always hurt so much coming out but the lower back pain signifies possible kidney trouble.
