What is wrong with me? high blood pressure, constipation, chest pain, head aches and lots of pressure in eyes

im a 23 year old female. i have high blood pressure for months now. i sometimes get chest pain where it feels like my chest is super tight or heavy. i get head aches and tons on pressure in my eyes and temples. i have also had constipation problems. not long ago i went almost 3 weeks without going to the bathroom i did everything i could to try and make myself go by enama's pills fruits really i took anything and everything. took a week of taking and doing all this stuff and i finilly went. but the last few days my blood pressure is high like 150's over 113ish. i feel tired all the time. feel like i need to get anywhere from 10-12 hours of sleep a night. sometimes get the chills and dizzy in a way where i see things shaking back and forth. not sure if this matter but i have a lump under my chin but you cant see it only can feel it and its little and hard. i also have one on my back its low back and right side near the hip. i dont have the money to keep going to the doc.

i forgot to say i get really bad mood swings. the docs thought i was depressed and put me on meds for it. but i dont think i am because i take the meds everyday like im told and i still feel like **** and have bad mood swings. what the hell is going on with me?

weoll............all of these symptoms point to thyroid,usually,hypo,ie,underactive........ your doc to do blood work,ie,thyroid panel......good luck........

Not sure about the constipation or your even if i believe 3 weeks.

The rest of you symptoms a fall within a description of malignant hypertension and you health is at grave risk.

It is very uncommmon for a woman without family history or a preganacy to get this bad, but maybe we dont have all the details.
