Back pain?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!? |
My sisters back is in alot of pain shes 11 The pain is in her lower back She might have muscle spasms, you can try buying those heat pads called THERMA CARE they are heat wraps for the back and oh do they feel so good! But don't let her do any heavy lifting just because she's feeling better with it on! And don't use any rubs on her back while using the wrap it may intensify the heat. I've been a back sufferer for many many years and when the doctor told me about these wraps after injecting my spine, I did get muscle spasms and let me tell you, the heat just relaxes you muscles and feels so good! It's good for period cramps too except that you bleed more so make sure that your home when you use it for that! :< you could take her to the er. There always open. I would not bend it will make her low back hurt. I fainted a while ago and got low back pain from that and still have it. My hurts to move when laying down and bend. |
