I have had numerous injuries to my back and shoulder at work.? |
I've been on and off workmans comp for years with the same injury. My doctor says I'm totally disabled. The comp dr. says I'm partial. What can I do. This is a recurring injury and the pain never goes away it just gets worse and worse every time it's reinjured. I know it's a stressful thing to go through, I've only just started, ask your doctor for a referral to a specialist, the more information you can get your hands on the better, if you feel like it's getting you down go and see a councillor it helps just to talk to someone about how you feel. Keep fighting and find out as much information as you feel you can. |
