Is there a way to help your heels from feeling numb from back and neck injuries from a car wreck other than? |
having surgery or going to the doctor It sounds like you have a herniated or bulged disk that's aggravating a nerve. Have you had an MRI? You really should have some tests done to find a way to fix this problem. You don't want to cause further damage. Why are you avoiding the doctor? Insurance reasons? If you don't have insurance or something you need to go to the local health clinic that provides services for people with low income or no insurance. You have back and neck injuries from a car accident, but you don't want to see a doctor. That makes no sense at all. Go to a doctor to see if you've got nerve damage. It sounds as if you do because your feet are numb. Don't go to a chiropractor unless you're sure there is no neurological damage. And it would take a medical doctor to determine that. It's essential that your neck and spine are in good health. That is the origin of all your bodily nerves, so injuries there can cause serious pain. And it can get worse. |
