Does anyone else think it's true that minor back injuries (pulled muscles, etc) never heal completely?

Does anyone else think it's true that minor back injuries (pulled muscles, etc) never heal completely?

Yes. Often the injury never gets time to properly heal, so it keeps getting reinjured. Even minor injuries need to heal properly. I had a lumber puncture 9 years ago and my lower back still bothers me on a regular basis.

its kinda true

Dude, I injured and re-injured my back many times over the years, and finally the disc just blew out and I had to have fusion!!!
I'm a believer!

no..
why would a pulled muscle not heal ?

no. i have had times that i thought i was hurt for life but they went away. the whole body takes a beating in the long run

It might be. Or you may be unconscioulsy reinjuring the muslces or tendons over and over again. Are you keeping up on your physical therapy exercises? Have you let them lapse? Have you been getting enough overall exercise?
