Injuries to the musculo-skeletal system due to desk posture cont...?

As people become more and more reliant on computers and the 鈥渄esk posture鈥?that comes with it; what types of injuries to the musculo-skeletal system would you expect to see emerge and why? How would you correct these injuries / conditions?

I would see:
-a forward head posture(chin jutting forward with increased neck backward bending)- because it's a comfortable and common posture with prolonged sitting we all slouch. i would correct it with placing the computer screen higher to encourage sitting up tall and give the worker a lumbar support to help with sitting posture.
-rounded(hunched foward) shoulders therefore tight and shortened chest musculature.- stetch the pec muscles and use that lumbar support to encourage good posture.
-ulnar neuorpathy(ulnar nerve injury)-reorganize work space to take pressure off ulnar nerve(at the elbow)
-carpal tunnel syndrome-organize work space to avoid over stretching or over working the wrist flexors as they pass under the base of the palm. additionally correcting posture will lessen the threat of capral tunnel as well.
-weakened back musculature- strengthen the back muscles
-laxities(looseness) of ligaments in the back-sitting with good posture and using a lumbar support if needed

Pinched nerves in the elbow (ulnar), resulting in numbing of the fingers. Spinal alignment, stiff neck, lower and upper back pain. Haital Hernia, where part of the stomach pops up into the chest cavity, causing fake heart attack like symptoms. How to correct them, do 30 minutes of exercise (low intensity)five times a week, or 30 minutes of high intensity exercise 3 times a week. Chow
