Bad back Injury? |
I have had this injury for about 5 months, i take anti-infalmatories, i stretch and stopped working out, it went away for the most part I ran yesterday and it came back full force I have iced my back countless times sometimes twice a day, i have seen a chiropracter and a massuse. After the massuse i feel great, but man it costs so much what am i supposed to. This injury feels like it hasn't gotton better at all I am worried I will need surgery, the injury was from a back starin doing shrungs not a fall. Have you tried taking a magnesium supplement? That helps if you are already taking calcium. Also, you can use a ginger compress to help alleviate the pain. It will increase the blood flow to the area and help it to heal faster. Ice isn't always the answer to pain, sometimes, when it's inflammatory, heat works better. Try it and see if it helps. STRETCH, AND GET A MASSAGE CHAIR... AND KEEP A BACK BRACE ON WEN UR LIFTING SUMTHIN OR EXCERSISING AND IT SHUD GET BETTER I HOPE follow up with the doctor who has been treating you. show your self to a physiotherapist not a massage, n u don't just start running with out warm ups. u walk for initial 3-4 days then do jogging for the next few days which is of course slow n then u run Have you had a X-ray/MRI before? Because the pain in your back may be cause of nerve impingement or slip disc.Visit a doctor if you can no longer tolerate the pain. |
