Repetitive stress injuries.?

Hello,

I'm a 24 yr old male residing in Delhi. I've been suffering from acute pain in fingers, wrists and shoulders while working on my PC. I'm quite sure that its a case of MusculoSkeletalDisorder (Repetitive Stress Injuries) - but I'm not sure where to go to get a nice treatment.

Can anyone suggest a good physician in New Delhi (NCR), India who has some experience in treating similar problems?

Thanks a lot,
Diwakar.

You better try a orthopaedic n thin switch to physiotherapy your posture wiles working on you PC seems to be very bad.

Why don't you get your problem rectified in about 15 days to four months by doing meditation for half an hour in the morning and evening through the realization of your soul under the guidance of a good spiritual teacher. For any clarifications and details, see my profile.
