Help! I pulled my muscle two days before Soccer Tryouts! How can I get better before then? Can I still Tryout?

I pulled my Groin Muscle, of all things, which is exceedingly painful to say the least. Its on my right leg, which is my dominant foot, but I am actually pretty good with my left as well, so I figured I would just kick with that one instead. Running is the problem, it HURTS like crazy, and I can't really dribble past people with jukes like I am used to, since that puts too much strain on my muscles.
I have two days to recover from this, otherwise either I tryout with a painful injury, or I miss the season.
This is really upsetting, especially since I had a pretty good chance of being CoCaptain this year, and I know that (being healthy) I would make the team.

You can't heal a pulled muscle in 2 days. Rest it as much as possible until tryouts and wrap it as tight as you can without cutting off circulation for tryouts.
