Exercises with torn knee? |
I've torn something in my knee, Meniscus I think, and the doctor says I need crutches and i have to keep my weight off it a greta thing to do is swimming, as your knee gets stronger you can start more running well thats a good thing that your getting excercise to recover with a torn knee, but everything requires legwork in my book It may help if you stick to upper body workouts including crunches. There is a machine that you put between your legs and pusch it together. It works the thigh muscles but doesn't use your knees as much so you may want to try that. |
