Help! Flab attack? |
Here goes.. I am 24 years old. Use to be an athlete but because of an injury I had to stop. Over 3 years I gained a few kilos and all that fat went straight to my knees and thigh area. I have them flabby and ugly. I dare not wear those mini shorts (although I would love to). About 2 months ago I decided to change my eating habits and get into shape again. Since then I excercise 4 days a week. I try very hard to keep a healthy diet and drink loads of water but the flab and cellulite just does not seem to dissappear. I have tried all types of gels, lotions and still no results. I am going on holiday in 3 weeks and I so want to look good in my new bikini. And please think "student budget" before answering. Thanks!!! Thanks to those answering. I so appreciate. kisses and hugs to all. please go to this web site they can help you for free http://www.sparkpeople.com thanks mother love for the advise. ok go to a gym and work even harder just dont stop yourself but dont hurt yourself either I just found an excellent exercise for toning up the entire leg. It was in a magazine at a doctor's office: Try doing a lot of walking or jogging. Also, squats are important for strengthening your thighs and glutes and to burn fat there. Make sure that you are doing both strength training and cardio. Lotions and gels do not work. |
