My wrist hurts help!? |
Okay so in basketball I hurt it from push ups. My coach thinks I hyperextended it and it hurts like down my wrist and between my thumb and pointing finger. Soo is she right or do I have something else? okay seriously guys im not stupid i ice it and stuff its not like ive never been injured- just please answer my question try wrapping your Wrist with a Bandage to help support it.. Its quiet common for sports people to have these problems like Tennis players, Darts players, Boxers, etc.. try ice. I just hurt mine over a week ago and I regret not going to the doctor becuase tennis starts on the 29 and i don't know if it will be better. Ice it or take a hot bath. soak it in water dummy |
