My wrist hurts help!?


Okay so in basketball I hurt it from push ups. My coach thinks I hyperextended it and it hurts like down my wrist and between my thumb and pointing finger. Soo is she right or do I have something else?

I really want to end the season- its almost over then play offs..but would it be better to just quit for the season because of this injury? ='[
I mean I can move it and stuff it just hurts.

try wrapping your Wrist with a Bandage to help support it.. Its quiet common for sports people to have these problems like Tennis players, Darts players, Boxers, etc..

try ice.

I just hurt mine over a week ago and I regret not going to the doctor becuase tennis starts on the 29 and i don't know if it will be better. Ice it or take a hot bath.
