Period cramps? |
I've only been getting my period for almost 2 years so I know that isn't very long & I'm still not regular. I've never gotten cramps, or anything that comes along with it before. My period started yesterday and suddenly I'm having terrible cramps all day. Almost as if someone is stabbing me right in my abdomine. it is perfectly normal. Don't worry, because you're not regular yet you're still developing and your body is still growing and changing. All I can tell you is to take a warm bath and try to relax until your injury is healed. I've only been getting my period for the last two years also and like you I have been experiencing horrible cramps. It is in fact normal to be getting these symptoms that you have never had before. You might want to go to a gyno to get it checked out if its persistent though. I recommend putting a heating-pad over the cramping area if you cant take any medications... It works pretty well for me. yes it is pretty normal. I did not get cramps for at least a year but when you do get them man do they hurt. |
