Im 17 and weigh 75kgs...how to lose weight? |
Im 6 ft weigh 75kg, and would really love any advice that can be given to help me lose weight. I have had a foot injury for the last month or so. So this elimantes running or any really intense cardio that I can think of. Any tips would be very much appreciated!!! Please & Thank-You!! watch your diet I found this on this website.
