Why is it so important for a fitness instructor to have scientific knowledge.... for example because if you don't know what the effect of the exercise is on these systems, then you could injure your client. Because it is part of the curriculum when you study for this type of work, but after you have passed your exams and gained employment, very rarely is the knowledge used, unless you are wanting to go on and work with professional teams etc. |
