To win best answer you will need to tell me how i can injure my foot, ankle, leg or toe. Oh and dont tell me that im stupid or that i need help or that this is a bad idea cause i will just keep asking. I dont care if it is stupid or not. I JUST WANT ANSWERS!!!!!!!!!!

1 drop somet heavy
2 sit on ankle wierd
3 turn in ankle lift up other leg
4run around wid shoes on wrong feet
5 jump down stais turn in foot wierd
6 walk on side of foot
7 step in hole

9 have your mate twist it then yank
10email me to discuss futher

My answer is not what you want to hear. This is a STUPID idea. The damage that you do, may linger a long time, or may come back later to haunt you. Arthritis develops in joints that have been injured in later life. The least damage you could do would be to step on a tack, but I wouldn't even do that because it could get infected.

Remove the skin from the sole of your foot, either by cutting, burning or abrasion. The wound will be temporary. Skin grows back quickly. Meanwhile, you can't walk on it.

BTW - That's sick!

I wouldn't recommend it. Like the first person said, injuries can stay a long time, or come back. I strained my shoulder muscle over 5 years ago, and even though I babied it, treated it the way the doctor prescribed, I still have occasional shoulder pain to this day. And I am only 23, I shouldn't have shoulder problems.

have someone run your foot over with the car.

this should break it perty good. might be longer than a week....and it might suck

i suggest telling them you need to practice for the movie, so you can be the best actor you can be.
