I had a baby 9 mnths ago and now have saggy boobs how can i take care and make them firm?

Try to build up the muscular wall of your chest... Exercise and some chest presses/light weight lifting should help to lift the area a bit. It won't give perkiness, but it should definately help.

Exercises can firm them a little, but it's best to accept that the changes of pregnancy do affect the breasts permanently. After all, that's what they're there for!
