If you have no Health care and no money and your baby is very sick can the hospital deny your baby service? No, the ER cant turn people away. Ihope everything went well Report It No. if there is a problrm speak to th hospital asdministrator. No. It is their mandate to help the sick and save lives. NO! they can't deny your baby, the ER can not turn anyone away. big lawsuit! as long as you go to a county run hospital and not a privatly owned one, no, they cannot refuse your child service... however i would like to say, if you live in the usa, please check out the child health care that is typically available but not alot of people know about it... here in texas they call it CHIP ... my husband works but work doesnt have insurance and we qualify for it without paying anything ...it just covers kiddos though no it is against the law to turn anyone down for health services at a hospital. No they cannot. Look up codes for your state....take your child directly to your emergency hospital |
