Im ready to start taking care of myself, where do i start?????

I had my first baby 19mths ago, school, work, and my baby have been my focus 100% of the time. This past year and half has been the most stressful ever, and I completely stopped taking care of myself in every way possible. Now I want to get back on my grind, and start taking care of myself....
Where do I start?? How can I cleanse my body of all the junk? (Ive been eating nothing but junk this past year). Some good feedback would be helpful!
thanks

Proper diet and adequate exercise should do it,you should cut down on your junk intake and you should have fruits and vegetables in your lunch and dinner.Exercising 3-5 times a week should help too, just buy a skipping rope and skip rope everyday =P Hope i helped ^_^
