Someone in hospital what two aspects of care felt good and two felt could be improved?

a family member or a friend the time when they were in hospital recently. This maybe someone who has had a baby, underwent surgery or attended an appointment. This could be a child. What two aspects of care that they felt were good and two they felt could be improved. Find literature relating to all four aspects and and make reference to them in your answer as you describe and seek to understand why they felt that way, and how the care could have been better.

My daughter was in hospital recently Bad pooint ONE..at the age of 16 and in full time education, there was not a place for her...she was too old to be on paediatrics and too young to be on adult ward so it would be nice if they did a young adult facility.BAD POINT TWO I felt the level of care was poor as she was older than a lot of patients so was more or less left to her own devices...and most of the nursing care ie bed pans ets was left to me..even having to take bed pans and dispose of them in the sluice room. We also had to wait 5 hours for discharge medication (is that bad point 3?) GOOD POINT ONE The doctor who was in charge of her medication was very understanding and patient of her needle phobia and took time and care when having to insert a cannula. GOOD POINT TWO She had campylobacter gastonenteritus which is contagious if poor hygiene...she was isolated and there were lots of instructions all over the ward including on entering each room on how to use sterile hand wash to prevent spread of infection.

the hospitals are making improvements all the time.
