When are people in this country going to wake up and realize we need health care FOR ALL PEOPLE?!?!?

i am 20 years old. i have a 3 year old child who needs medical care (doctor's visits, check ups, etc) and i was told that I HAVE TO PAY for some of it! why can't we get a president in here who doesn't just care about rich people but instead recognizes that health car should be free for poor people too!!! i work 20 hours a week. i wanted to go to college after high school but, since Bush doesnt seem to think that college education is important and that the government should pay for it, i couldnt afford to. so now i can only work at a minimum wage job. my baby's mother also is struggling (she has another child with a different daddy that she also has to take care of because she nor i can afford birth control). so now i work at Wendy's about 20 hours a week and i have a hard enough time paying for my clothes, entertainment, food etc and now i have to pay for medical care for my child! Wake up people, get Bush out of office and get someone in here who cares about the PEOPLE!!!

Why should I pay for your healthcare and education? Nobody pays for mine. Get a real job that has benefits including tuition reimbursement. NOBODY is entitled to anything. if you want something work for it, earn it. If we give everyone everything nobody will appreciate anything. Healthcare will go to pot. Just look at Canada. They come here to get procedures done correctly and quickly. As for healthcare if you need short term help it is out there. Please use it just dont make it a life style. Find a job, work hard, better your life. You will respect yourself more having earned it and not had it handed to you. You will also be a strong role model for your child.

It's way more complicated than just making stuff "free" for everyone. SOMEone has to pay for it. I agree that a solution is needed, but universal health care is not the answer. Oh, but you know what you CAN get "free" now? Birth control. Call Planned Parenthood or any number of clinics and get yourself some condoms, since it's clear that you can't afford to keep making babies. Take responsibility for yourself and stop blaming the government.

I'm not sure this is going to happen Hillary or not. national health care costs a great deal of money. there's nothing we can do about getting Mr. Teflon out of office, unfortunately no one thinks he's done anything impeachable, but November's not too far away.

This is why it is important to examine all of the candidate's ideas and policies before voting. I am not sure that if Hillary is elected that we'll get national health care because it's got to be ok'd by congress and if there is a republican dominate congress it is going to be a fight. remember she tried this before.

The best thing you can do right now is go to a HR rep if you're working or a caseworker if you have one or a neighborhood clinic and see a social worker and they will be able to advise you as to how to obtain affordable insurance for your and your family in your situation right now.

Move to San Francisco. Sounds like they are attempting to have health care for all people who live there.
If you want free health care, move to Canada or just about any other country where the Government actually cares.
If you want Free University, check out what countries offer free education. I know that Ukraine and Russia offer free post secondary education, although I am not sure about eligibility.
Oh, yeah. Get some birth control or keep it in your pants.

I think you will find that rich people pay for their health care as would most of the rest of us if we could afford it. If your child needs such intensive care, may I suggest that you ask for help and support from your local disability rights group. I find their advise invaluable. Stop blaming the prez for your problems,There are so many free programs out there especially at a community college.you can get. WENDYS Your doing a boys job, you might have to put a little ***(get your hands dirty) into it but you can find a job with more hrs if you really want to.Stop whining, everybody got problems,buck up,be a man and stop blaming everybody but you self for your problems
