How can I shed this baby weight fast?

I had a baby girl about 2 months ago and I am still pretty chubby. I do not get an opportunity to really work out since I work full time AND when I am not working, I am taking care of her. By the end of the night, I just want to eat dinner and go to sleep. I am nursing so I know that dieting is out of the question but maybe someone has some good tips on how I can "safely" diet while nursing? I am about 50 lb overweight and I feel so heavy! I am a pretty thin person overall it's just mostly all in my belly and it is driving me crazy. I have never been this fat and I feel tired and just out of breath since I have all this extra weight on me! HELP!!! Also... how can I encourage my husband to eat healthier too? It is hard to eat a salad (or anything healthy for that matter) while he sits in front of me with a burrito!

First of all, don't worry. Two months is the time you should actually start being able to work out. You will lose a lot of weight quickly by breastfeeding, which helps your uterus shrink back to the normal size (remember it takes 9 months to get that big, it will take awhile to get back!) Make sure you are taking in enough calories for both you and the baby so don't crash diet if you are planning on nursing for a while. Start walking her in the stroller, put her in a pack and go hiking or join a gym with a daycare to tone up! And don't forget to take vitamins! Good luck!
