I had a baby 5 months ago and I'm having trouble losing the weight. I need some tips on losing it quicker.

I am an actress and musician, which makes this even tougher. I'm trying to move to Los Angeles at the end of the summer and my husband and I are restarting up our band after having a baby in December. I gained 68 lbs. while pregnant with my little girl, now I'm having trouble losing the weight.

It's hard because I used to cook really healthy meals, and when I got pregnant it just got easier to throw a frozen pizza in the oven, and that's how I gained the weight, and that's how I'm keeping it on now.

I also find it hard to find time to exercise anymore. I get lazy after a day of taking care of her and cleaning the house, giving her a bath, and then spending a small amount of time with my husband. I need some tips on how to get back into shape! Thanks in advance!

Trust me, I feel your pain! I gained 64lbs as well during the pregnancy and it has been hell to get it off, but my son turned a year last week and i have 10 lbs to go. I cut calories and walk almost everyday, also, invest in a body band. Go to mybodymakeover.com (you can try the program if you want, but I couldn't do it because I was limited on the food choice and it was getting boring for me) and get the bands as well as the workout cd like $30.00 for both and use it 10-20 min. a day. I hope this helped and let me know if I can help anymore!

breast-feeding, and healthy eating, and give it some time. it took you 9 months to put it on, at least give yourself the same amount to lose it.

you seem to know what to do, you just need to do it!

breastfeeding definitely helps! but it's only been 5 mon.! my girl just turned 2 and i'm just now losing my final 10lb! your body needs time to adjust to only being one person again, be patient!

breastfeeding helps a bunch. I just had a child 4 mths. ago and I eat like a baby man and am down to my original weight. But if you can' t breastfeed the BEST thing is eat less and work out. Don't strave yourself or try magic solutions because you"ll gain the weight right back!!! Plus it tooks 9 mths. to gain the weight so take the time to take it off!!

Great post! I totally understand how you feel. I'm also trying to lose weight and I found this great product which is working for me. You can check the website at
http://www.hyperl.info , I had a free trial and paid less than 7.00$ shipping and handling. Best of luck!

Hey gurl
I can sympathiize with you. I do have a lil advice. Get you a belly ban, or something to pull in your stomach muscles, ware this everyday all day. Especially when you clean up and moving about. Also your mind may be still stuck on pregrenant you know, think its still eating for two, so you
have to reprogram your brain. Go back to smaller portions and eat with your band on. I know it won't be confortable but baby the results are worth it. And if you can find time walk or do some type of exercise. I know this works because I am the mother of two kids and I got my shape back each time.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.get2itnow.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!
