I'm scared i have three boys and they are young and no one to take care of the kids i want more kids later. |
i'm 32 year old i have two boys they are 4 and i just have a baby in december 8th before i had him the doctor says that i had a cyst in my ovaries and it wasn't getting any bigger so they said they had to wait until i had the baby so i had him then they took a ultersound and found out it got bigger then a golf ball and i talk to my doctor today and they told me i have to have suergey and remove the tumor on my cysts and they won't now if it was cancer or not. my mother had it too and they had to remover everything in her that cause it and more. i had a cysts before but it went away with pills. i don't want to die and have no one to take care of the boys. the doctor say i will be in the hospital for three days or less. mostly two days if i'm ok. they said it was fuild filling up and there is tissue around it do you think it is cancer or just a tumor or a cyst. i'm really scared very much. i have a lot of stress in my life i didn't have any until his family move in with us. tammy. The only way to find out if the cyst is cancerous or not is to wait until they take it out. My mother had this same surgery done years ago. They had to test the cyst once they got it out of her because they have to test it a certain way. I'm sure everything is going to be ok so please try not to worry yourself so much. I know that's pretty hard to do, but you have to be positive. Don't look for the worst to happen right now. Most cyst that grow on ovaries are not cancerous. Your going to be ok. Your boys need you right now. Stay positive, and know things are going to be alright. If you caught your problem early it shouldnt affect you having more children. Make sure that you see a reproductive endocrinologist to make sure you can still have babies. cysts are seldom cancer. you dont need any more kids ever. I know it's hard not to, but worrying really isn't going to help, it won't change anything, it'll just make you feel bad. If you've had cysts before it's a good chance that this is the same thing. You are getting the problem dealt with so there's really not much more you can do. A positive mental attitude works wonders even in cases were people do have cancer. So, be positive, it's probably nothing, if it's not nothing it's going to get treated and you are going to be around for a good long time to look after those boys of yours. Every time you look at them think "I will be OK" and believe it. |
