Just had a baby 2 1/2 months ago and i need a easy way to loose this pouch since i am either at work or school


Also take care of stuff the only times i got off is when i am doing homework or taking care of my son so what can help me out????

Wrap your tummy tightly with an ace bandage and do little crunches when you get a chance.

I wrapped my stomach with an ace bandage at the hospital and it helped my figure return faster. It helped my muscles remember where they belong.

My friend Martika says her grandmother and mother (who are Cuban) did that after they had babies.

It worked for me. I was back into my prepregnancy jeans in no time!

Congratulations on your new baby too! Jot down little things they do on a calendar and keep it...these days fly by and it is a great little journal for you and them someday...lot less daunting than sitting down at a notebook...

Nursing is the best way for your stomach and all the muscles and tissue and intestines to go back to their normal places. Sit ups, walking, biking, running, and diet. Good Nutrition is most effective with all the above. Your tummy will be down to normal size and then some in No time flat.

long distance running , or changing your diet,, unfortunately the exercise is crucial to losing the weight you gain in the middle,,,, try to make the time to get a run in whether it be in the morning or evening,,,, the walk or run or whatever you do doesnt have to be 3hrs long just 15 mins,,, its all about changing your lifestyle and it will be good for your kid too so they can grow up knowing how to stay healthy.

Well, maybe every morning you could take yourself and the baby for a stroll, or light run. Also, if you have a fitness membership somewhere, use it three times a week for an hour and a half each visit. Some of them even have a day care inside the gym for kids. Good luck!
