What is the best way to lose weight and get healthy? |
I have 4 kid's and still have some baby fat left after 6 yrs.I want to lose at least 30 lbs and get in shape.Is there an effective way to do so? Tell me your story and ways it has helped you. I'm 203 and I want to get down to atleast 160-170.Now if I lose more I'll be happy about that too. I was on this weight management prog abt 7mths ago. Diet and exercise is the most important factors. If you're considering about pills, i guess it might help initially. Once u stop e pills, your weight may rebounce back. Reason being, you were reliant on e pill, yet still eating as per normal. Once u're off it, your diet hasn't change, your wt goes back. Its important to have enough fruit and vegs in your meal. Have more meals, not more servings!! Get a pedometer, walk at least 10000 steps a day, you should be on your way!!! =) Good Luck!! |
