What is the best way to keep your breasts from sagging? |
Mother of a 10 mth old baby. Thinking of having another in the next two years, but breastfed first and will definately breastfeed the second. Any tips, suggestions? Any preventative care I can be doing now to help? Hi, Push-up bra and work out. A good-fitting bra and some good lotion to keep the skin hydrated. There isn't much you can do to prevent this. Get a good bra to hold the girls up. tell your budy to massage your boobs with coconut oil every night. support bra The answer is a good tight fitting bra. Avoid activities that jar the breast like jogging and try not to gain weight too quickly, because once you loose it, your breast may sag from them being stretched with weight gain. Don't have kids and don't get old....or lots of plastic surgery. I'm still a teen and my sag kind of. So I wear a push up bra and they don't sag at all |
