Why are there so many questions from teens about "ideal weight?"? |
Girls, there is no ideal weight. If you are a teen, enjoy your life and your friends, unless you are obese and your doctor is worried, "DONT WORRY ABOUT IT"!! I know you probably think, "this stupid lady doesnt know what she is talking about" but I DO! I was a teenager too, and obsessed about my weight. Funny thing though, Iooking back on it I was skinny. Then I had my first baby at 28, and guess what happened to my body?! But, now I feel better than ever, and I look great too only because I FEEL great, and that is what matters. Who cares what those other kids think or what they look like,, there will ALWAYS be people who look better (and worse) than you. Focus on things that matter, what is important to you NOT your weight. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! thanx im actually exercising, and its people like you who make me do it in a healthy way! thats beautiful. Nice post, I hope all the young girls teens note! |
