Do you belief that indian hospitals are very caring?

I saw news that, one woman had a baby in the hospital, she was sleeping and some dog came from out side and took her baby away and the baby neck got broken. Doctors are removing the kidneys by saying that you have stone next to the kidney and also even if you have little pain around your heart, doctors are putting you in operation theater and insist you to go for bypass surgery

Having had some Indian doctors care for me in the states I can tell you that their bedside manner sucks.
They are arogant and won't listen to you explain what your feeling. They think they already know what's wrong with you.
SO with my experience I could guess that the hospitals in India are un-caring.
