Iv got the blues really bad?

My blues have all of sudden just hit me today, everything is getting to me. I lost a baby 6 months ago and havnt been able to conceive since. About 4 weeks after i miscarried i got a text message from my ***** of any aunty telling me she was pregnant and it crushed me, i now have to see her at xmas time and i dont know what to do. Im also very home sick, i live with my partner about 7 hours drive away from my family and have done for about 2.5yrs now but i dont want to be here anymore i miss my family so much, people down here are so horrible and im so sick of everyones bitching nature. Iv had a pretty ruff life and i seem to be going 2 steps forward 3 steps back. Am i over reacting??? Any advice

My advice... talk to someone you trust about how you feel. Sometimes just talking to someone, and being heard.. can make a world of difference. Try to remember good things that have happened, and think about things that you are looking forward to during the Holidays.

And go ahead and grieve for your baby. It seems like alot of people think that women should just be able to "get over" having a miscarriage since the baby was never born. Don't let those people get to you. Grieve in whatever way you need to, and say goodbye to the life you carried in your own way.

Call home, and maybe use the holidays to visit your family, if you aren't planning that already.
And remember, you are loved. That is one of the most important things of all.
