What are the remedies for respiratory distress for a 75 days old baby? |
my 75 days old son has the following symptoms pl guide me You really need to take your baby to the doctor or to the ER ASAP. Could be anything from asthma, RSV, pneumonia....etc. The long-short of it is that he is not getting enough oxygen which could kill him. Do something NOW! Go to your local emergency room right now. well, unless you want the baby to stop breathing altogether, you should take it to a hospital or a doctor! NOW! Get off the damn computer & take care of the kid! Go to the Emergency Room something like this is too serious for you to treat on your own. YOU STUPID *****, TURN OFF THE GODDAMN COMPUTER AND TAKE THE BABY TO A HOSPITAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! he is not getting enough oxygen.. could be a heart problem .. sometimes they can go a while b4 they get caught .. PLEASE go straight to the ER Take him to the emergency... don't wait another second, it's serious. If there is no fever, in emergency you can give mouth-moth respiration. Also the baby can be held upside down and gentle thumbs can be given. Though effective, the best alternative is to inform on emergency medical number and then try these two first-aid methods. Rush him to your family Doctor.Get him diagonised. Was he born healthy ? During these 75 days did he eat well, drink water, sleep, cry, ,urinate, pass stools, etc ?? Where do you live ? Does someone in the house smoke ?? Or your house does not have proper ventilation ? Do you make him bathe in cold water or warm/hot water ?? During night do you cover him with mosquito net ?? so many questions to be answered by you.In that lies your solution. But first things first. Rush him to your Family Doctor. Has your baby always had these symptoms? Or is this something new? Either way, take your baby to the hospital right away. These symptoms could indicate a serious infection, lung or heart disease, or any other number of things, and your baby's life may be at risk. My daughter was born "healthy" but lost 2 pounds the first week of life, so they re-hospitalized her at 8 days old. Over the course of the next week, they discovered that her problems went way beyond weight loss. She lost the ability to breathe on her own and had to be put on a vent at 2 weeks old. They checked all her body systems very carefully trying to find a cause. They could find nothing. Finally, stuff started showing up on x-ray, and when they did a CT of her chest, it showed very severe damage. They ended up doing an open lung biopsy hoping to find the cause as that would be her "only hope." No cause was ever identified, but the biopsy showed diffuse alveolar damage. They still don't know why it happened, but she now has interstitial lung disease. She did manage to survive the vent (thanks to some answered prayers, some brilliant physicians, and amazing determination on the part of my girl), but she is still affected by the ILD. She has the symptoms you mentioned above chronically, and she is still on oxygen at 12 months old. But for a normal baby, these symptoms are not normal. Your little one is at risk. Please take him to the doctor ASAP. I wish you the best. Will you please take this child to the hospital before he dies. This is not the only question you asked about this boys health, he needs medical attention, stop looking for the answer on the internet and act like a responsible parent. This is very serious and I would go to the nearest emergency room, I am not going to go on with the treatment... I would advice you to take the child to the doctors as soon as possible |
