Anyone know anything about grey eyes?

Well, my classmates have been telling me that I have pretty eyes. Some of them even ask if I'm wearing contacts.

So I looked up EYE COLORS on Wikipedia and found out about grey eyes. I looked at the pictures of grey eyes on Wikipedia (and on Google) and I looked at myself in the mirror, and I have grey eyes. Or really light blue ones. I don't know.

I'm curious.
(1) How rare are grey eyes?
(2) Is it normal for 2 blue-eyed people to have a grey-eyed child? (My parents have blue eyes)
(3) Is having grey eyes bad?
(4) Is it possible for someone's eyes to change from blue to grey? (My parents constantly tell me that I HAVE BLUE EYES. I don't know if they actually -looked- at my eyes when I was a baby, or if they just think WE BOTH HAVE BLUE EYES SO OUR BABY DOES TOO.)

Its fairly rare, yes its normal to have a child with gray eyes .Why would having gray eyes be bad? Yes peoples eyes can change through out their lives. I have blue-gray eyes, my brother has green-gray eyes. As you get older your eyes will lighten in color.

searching on the web i found that grey is a shade of blue (talking about eye colors), very changeable due to light conditions.Sometimes grey eyes could have a little light brown area just around the pupil.I found also that many greyeyed people have a blueyed and a greeneyed parent. Report It

Grey eyes are quite interesting to me any way. some times it can be hard to tell the difference between blue grey and plain old grey so maybe your parents just don't look in the right light i guess,but i am sort of a writer and i love eye colors. i have a friend with hazel eyes his are brown green and red. another has blue eyes with flecks of yellow very pretty. lets see I dated a guy with very grey eyes and his parents both had blue eyes. but its pretty rare to hove grey eyes unless its in your family
