Has anyone undergone cancer treatment in China?

I am 28 and living in China. I am from America and my husband refuses to take me to a doctor. I cant speak Chinese and I dont have the money for a translator. what should I do?
I noticed a small lump on the inner part of my left breast and it has gotten bigger it is so painful, I feel like it is pushing against my heart and I have trouble breathing like I am being squeezed really hard and my heart has started to go crazy.
I just had a baby 6 months ago. It sometimes has a blue tint to it and sometimes its yellow with a red ring. I can hardly move because when my breast moves the pain can take away my breath. And It is worse when I lay down and sleep. it feels like a lead weight sitting on my chest.
