What is scolin apnoea?

hi iam 42 yrs old. ihad my first baby,(son) at the age of 18, and he was a ceaserian baby. The operation was successful but i coudnt recover from anesthesia. The doctors told me that my bp went very high and i stopped respiring. My body turned blue and i had a uterus heammorage and after some time i went in to coma.i recoverd after 2 days, after the doctors gave me fresh blood transfusion and i was kept in respirator. These all things happend again ater 9 yrs when i had my laproscopic tubectomy. The doctors who attended me told that it may be due to scolin apnoea, And it is a heriditary one and my siblings and my children should have a test done called dibucane test. Can any body tell me what exactly happend to me? what is apnoea? what is dibucane test? how will it affect my children or my siblings? From where i can get it done in new delhi, India? Thank u.
