Do I have a mental disorder ?

hi hun, you may have form of depression, maybe severe as you dont sound well by the way in which you prtray yourself and environment as a dull colour. Something is obviously bothing you, and you should maybe go for a chat with your doctor to see if you can ahve a little medication to balance out your mood and maybe some counselling such as CBT to alter your thought process, im currently doing a degree in mentl health and you obviously enjoy writing poems and expressing your feelings in this way. You should do more of this it will help you get rid of any supressed anger and emotion in a way that you enjoy. Your obviously very artistic and what you have just wrote is a form of arts therapy, you can also try painting and things as a way of helping yourself along to rehabilitate yourself, but definatly go and see your doc hun, if you are feeling low. You can also go to a book store and get a diary called a Cognitive behavioural diary, where you can write down your thought in there and show your counsellor. Hope this help and good luck :) x

I would not classify anything as a mental disorder. I think you should try to help yourself with the aid of others, but not with someone who charges you large sums for help. Perhaps some will classify you as a person with a mental disorder, but I think you could control yourself. Maybe you need others to guide you...that's always okay.

On a more serious note, you have posted 5 questions to the mental health section in under 3 hours. If there is something seriously wrong you have numbers to call because you were in the hospital recently according to your posts. Call them.
