Contraction like cramps at end of period?

I took birth control for 4 days about a week ago. I stopped b/c the side effects sucked. I have two kids. I of course got a period out of the blue b/c of the hormones, well it seems like I am on my last day and I have really bad contraction like cramps. I probably should be ovulating normally today. Help, it's pretty painful. It feels like my insides are going to fall out, the same way I felt while I was pregnant with my 2nd baby.

Use a wheatbag/heatpack on the affected area to try and ease the pain, also nice warm baths to relax the muscles.

If you can get naprogesic at your chemists/pharmacies it is the best for period cramps, knocks them right on the head and you wont feel any pain.

Period pain is the worst isnt it, and i too find it just as painful as the early stages of labour when i get mine, thankfully to naprogesic i dont feel it anymore
