Need to lose 10lbs for august wedding!!!?


I need to lose 10lbs for my wedding in august. here is my current diet and workout: how long do you think this will take?
10am: 1/2cup fiber one ceral, 1/2c soy milk, 1/2c blueberries, 4 egg whites with 1/4 c fat free cheese.
1pm: post workout, 1 apple and protein shake
3pm lunch: 1 slice bread with 1/4 c tuna mixed with fat free yogurt, celery and grapes with baby carrots and sugar free jello pudding
7pm: diner chicken breast with asparagus, no butter, and 1/2 sweet pototo with cinnamon.
10pm: 1/2c fat free cot cheese with 1/2 c blue berries.
everyonce in awhile i have 100 calorie popcorn, or a granola bar, is that okay?
and my workout is mwf i run for 20min before breakfast, and lift weights in the afternoon. on tue/thur/sat i cycle before breakfast. i work 30hrs a week at a desk. how long will it take to loose this weight?

I think your plan is quite good, maybe add your exercise time into 30 mins each??? If you're committed, I am sure you can lose that 10lb by August, Good Luck and congratz on the wedding!!!
