BSE symptoms ?

I would like to know some of it's symptoms, I think I'm developing it because I've noticed a decline in my body over the past months. I may be just paranoid but I would like to know anyway.

It doesn't sound like BSE, you might be being paranoid. I am a hypochondriac myself! The symptoms are Stumbling, wobbling, lack of sure-footedness, difficulty turning or getting trapped in corners, in-coordinated aggression, bellowing at different pitch or intensity.

well, unless you are a cow, you don't have to worry about having BSE...I believe you are referring to nvCJD, the human variant of 'mad cow' disease:

Symptoms

Personality changes
Hallucinations
Muscle twitching
Muscle stiffness
Nervous, jumpy feelings
Changes in gait (walking, locomotion)
Lack of coordination -- stumbling, falls
Speech impairment
Poor enunciation (hard-to-understand speech or mumbling)
Sleepiness
Delirium or dementia develops rapidly
Deterioration in all aspects of brain function
Profound confusion, disorientation
Additional symptoms that may be associated with this disease:

Memory loss
Anxiety, stress, and tension

if you are concerned go see your doctor, it can only be definitively diagnosed by brain biopsy (prior to death)or autopsy (after you are dead)

although there is no cure, there is pallatative care.

One of symptoms of BSE,is Dementia,Tremor<Muscle wasting,and athetosis.
