Self Examination?

What self exams should you do. My gyn told me at my next appt. I will learn about the VSE. What is this exam and how do you it. How do you do a BSE. Is there a website that teaches you how to do self exams. No rude answers please. Thank You.

You really only need to do the Breast self-examination. However, if you do this exam, it doesn't mean that you don't need to make your yearly gyno appointments.
