Can you lose your leg to avascular necrosis? |
I am only 22 years old and when i was seventeen i was in an auto accident the shattered my hip socket now they say i have avascular necrosis, could i lose my leg? i am so worried please reply thank you. no, you won't lose your leg. Sometimes depending on the severity of the problem you may need to have a hip replacement surgery. I think you should consult your medical doctor and go over all of your worries as soon as possible. Thank you for your answer, I have already talked with my doc and am getting set up for a surgeon everything is going to be fine just getting some screws out for now. God Bless you. Report It I don't think so. But why are you worried after so long. Do you have a new manisfestation on your leg? if not why to worry then? I attached a link that might be more informative for u |
