Is anyone else dealing with avascular necrosis out there ?

I have to have both my hip bones replaced.
The thing is I'm only 42.

I have been dealing with Avn for about a year. I ended up being diagnosised with Avn after slipping getting out of the shower last May. I was first told I sprained my groin muscles and my hammstring. In August when I still wasn't getting better I was refered to OS and finally had an Mri. I was then told I had Avn much to everyones suprise. I was in shock and found this website. I had a cd in Sept got immediate avn pain relief, went back to work driving a School bus in December and started having avn pain in Feburary. I have been dealing with the increasing pain ever since. Pain meds only take the edge off now. I am having a total hip replacement on June 6th. I also have to have a torn meniscus in my right knee repaired 3 weeks before I can get my hip done. I am to the point of only sleeping about 4-5 hours of sleep before the pain is so bad I can't stand it anymore. I can't find any meds I can take and legally do my job so I suffer through it. I will be 38 by the time I have my hip replaced.
