How is AIDS different from autoimmune diseases? how are they alike? go to webmd.com one is called AIDS and the other is called autoimmune there alike cause they both have I's and u left this question wide open AIDS deals with defieciency (not enough), where the autoimmune diseases deal with defects (not normal). AIDS is caused by a virus which destroys cells which direct an attack on that very same virus. An autoimmune disease is when the immune system goes awry attacking the body. |
