Weird symptoms any suggestions? hot hands!!!?

3 years ago i started waking up with swelling in my fingers. Soon my fingers started throbbing and then my knees started hurting and my ankles elbows and shoulder blades. They all throb and feel very tender bruised feeling. I also have acid relux and shortness of breath. When i wake up in the morning i feel nauseous my joints are throbbing and i feel light headed from not being able to breathe. It last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. My joints throb all day though. And throughout the day my hands feel like i have stuck them in hot boiling water. It kinda comes and goes but at night it seems constant. I do have Graves disease (autoimmune disease) but it is treated these symptoms are completely different. and i also have endometriosis. I just figure it will end up being another autoimmune disease. i just would like any suggestions on what people might think it is. And yes i have been to a rheumatologist and i go back in a month. Thanks. oh yeah im a 26 year old female.

im not a doctor but you have symptoms of fibromyagia when you go to your rheumatologist get them to check you for that.theres no blood tests do detect it.its done by pressure points and symptoms, ive had it for 11 yrs.the main siiign of it is your joints hurting all day,im in constant pain24/7.you can also look it up on the internet to give you a better understanding of what it is..i wouldnt whish this on anyone..take care and good luck
