What could cause joint pain and burning hands?

3 years ago i started waking up with swelling in my fingers. Soon my fingers started throbbing and then my knees started hurting and my ankles elbows and shoulder blades. They all throb and feel very tender bruised feeling. I also have acid relux and shortness of breath. When i wake up in the morning i feel nauseous my joints are throbbing and i feel light headed from not being able to breathe. It last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. My joints throb all day though. And throughout the day my hands feel like i have stuck them in hot boiling water. It kinda comes and goes but at night it seems constant. I do have Graves disease (autoimmune disease) but it is treated these symptoms are completely different. and i also have endometriosis. I just figure it will end up being another autoimmune disease. i just would like any suggestions on what people might think it is. And yes i have been to a rheumatologist and i go back in a month. Thanks. oh yeah im a 26 year old female.

you could have lupus ask your doc to do an test for lupus that should give you the answer generally people with low imunue tend to get things like endometrosis and other things because the body has troble fighting off stuff other people with perfectly good immnues can get rid off i

lupus make you feel like you've twisted your ankle when you haven't and makes you more sensetive to weather changes and stress - e.g cold you joints hurt, stress your joints hurt

I have lupus and endometreosis I know how confusing it is - lupus tingling + eye problems. If you vision affected during the day + tingling then its most likely not lupus and MS will most likely need investigated an MRI brain scan will tell you if its lupus of MS Report It
