Body detox?

Has anyone ever detoxed their body to get rid of an illness, disease, or autoimmune disorder. Did it work? What plans are good?

Yes, i have.

Now you know what isn't "healthy" and you don't allow IT "in" and the same goes regarding food and if you drink plenty of water it will go "out". Topple this with extra sleep AND 6 hours a day extra "rest". Rest meaning just that. Do not go out and "play" when you usually would or get out of bed, except when necessary.

Now i don't know just how "toxed" up you are and what kind of illness or disease you are talking about, but it could take months up to years.

You can use the COLONIX and TOXIN OUT kits. They can get expensive to do for 3 months but that is what is recommended. You must drink lots of water too. But it really works and I really feel that it can help prevent many illnesses like cancer. I found it to be a great way to clean out. And now I only have to do it one a year.

like reiki.
i am native american and i use those methods alot and they work well.

I just veiwed the detox diet by the one of the Bigest Loser tv show . And yes it works but I would talk with a doctor first. Here goes, using distiled water, adandilion tea bag,natural cranberry juice,lemmons.It will help you lose any water weightfirst then any blockage in your colon.
