Can someone take warfarin and prednsone?

my Dr wants me to take prednsone and I not in favour as I had it once before and it adds weight to your body. I would prefer to put up with my problem instead. They want me to take this for an autoimmune system disease, I have been told my immune system is deteriorating.

My mom took them together for a short period, she had no problems, but she was seen regularly to check her coumadin levels. Sorry to hear of your troubles.

yes you can take both but you will need blood work. Hello, welcome to life. Thanks for joining us.

I am sorry to hear your predicament. My husband takes prednisone to keep his kidney which was transplanted 2 years ago. We deal with the side effects knowing he is living.
I heard, this week, there is a shot you can get that makes it so you don't have to take the prednisone any longer. Good luck, and God bless. I will say a prayer for you and your health.
